Ken Downing, Neiman Marcus’ Senior Vice President and Fashion Director, will visit Westphal on Thursday, April 21^st.  The highlight of Ken’s annual visit is always his overview of the year’s fashion shows from Paris, London, Milan, and New York, and the time he spends reviewing the collections of Fashion Design students. Ken has worked with virtually every major fashion designer including Stella McCartney, Zac Posen, Donna Karen, Tory Burch, Mary Kate and Ashely Olsen, and David Yurman, and he oversees over 200 Neiman Marcus merchants in buying for one of the world’s most fashionable and classy department store chains.  This free and open to the public event will be held in the URBN Annex Screening Room at 9:30AM. 

In 2013 Downing was the recipient of the Westphal Award, given for his profound understanding of the luxury retail customer and the industry community, and for his efforts to inspire and nurture the next generation of fashion leaders.
